In 1998, on the 30th anniversary of my 1968 Olympic victory, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. For me, it was another Olympics, a life Olympics in which I was granted a second great victory. Early detection saved my life, and since then, Greg and I have looked for ways to help raise funds and awareness in the quest for a breast cancer cure.

This wine was created specifically to raise funds for breast cancer research and awareness. Two dollars from every bottle of Victories sold will be donated to charities supporting the cause. In addition to The Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University and The V Foundation for Cancer Research, we are supporting local organizations including the Community Health Breast Project and the VMC Foundation at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for the Sobrato Cancer Center.
